Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time role on our inpatient rehabilitation unit. You will deliver professional nursing care, perform assessments, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to support patient recovery in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• One year of recent acute care experience preferred.
• Degree from an accredited Nursing Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to achieve patient goals.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
