Overlake Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Clinic RN for the Pulmonology Clinic in Bellevue. This per diem, part-time role supports primary and chronic disease management through evidence-based pathways and provides leadership to non-provider staff.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and document care, aligning with policy and professional standards while collaborating with the care team to optimize resources and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• The Clinic Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients according to organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.
• Provides daily direction to non-provider clinical staff and coordinates patient care with the health care team.
• Utilizes evidence-based disease state management clinical pathways for primary care prevention and chronic disease management.
