Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Kingsland is seeking a motivated PRN RN PreOp to join our team. This ASC environment is fast-paced and committed to delivering the highest quality care and patient experience.

The RN Pre-op provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and perioperative services for all patient populations, reporting to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state of Texas.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have at least 1–3 years' previous experience in PreOP/PACU.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies in the perioperative setting.
• RN Pre‑op reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services and supports mission, vision and values.
