Job summary

Boston IVF | IVI RMA North America seeks an experienced Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Syracuse, NY fertility center during batch cycles. This role is ideal for a flexible, team-oriented nurse with a passion for women’s health and reproductive medicine.

The Per Diem RN will provide specialized clinical care to fertility patients and support the care team during high-volume treatment periods.

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license – required.
• Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program – required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience – required.
• Women’s health experience – strongly preferred.
• OR/PACU experience – preferred.
• Fertility or infertility clinic experience – a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing ART and ovulation induction (OI).
• Support patients throughout their fertility journey, including care in OR/PACU settings as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, embryology/lab staff, and administrative teams to ensure efficient clinical operations.
• Assist with patient monitoring, procedures, and treatment coordination during batch cycles.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
