DGADA Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem Med/Surg opportunity in Shiloh, IL. The role involves providing nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license in Alabama, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience; ACLs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Alabama.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• ACLs certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
