Job summary

DGADA Management is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem position in Tucson, AZ. The RN will provide care to patients recovering from illness, surgery, and other medical conditions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning.

Required: active RN license and CPR/BLS. ACLS preferred; experience in inpatient rehabilitation is a plus. Responsible for safety, documentation, and patient education throughout shift.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting experience preferred (min 1 year).
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor for changes and report concerns promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians and therapists.
