Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Beverly Hospital is seeking an RN per diem for the Maternal Newborn Service. The role includes complete assessments, medications, and coordinated care for mothers and newborns from admission through discharge.

The successful candidate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery, providing evidence-based care and education to families to promote optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Massachusetts (current)
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• BSN preferred to join the Maternal Newborn service

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and essential care for mother and newborn
• Administer medications/treatments and observe progress
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to formulate an optimal care plan
• Educate patients and families for discharge planning and resources
