Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a per diem LTAC assignment in Dallas. You will provide safe, high-quality nursing care in a demanding LTAC/Telemetry setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and following hospital policies.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, 1+ year LTAC experience, strong clinical judgment, and proven leadership to supervise ancillary staff. Flexible scheduling and competitive weekly pay are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for LTAC/Telemetry patients.
• Anticipate needs, adjust care plans based on status and resources.
• Delegate duties and supervise team members to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation per hospital standards.
