Job summary

Monte Nido Rain Rock in Springfield, OR is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our residential treatment program for adults with eating disorders.

The RN/LPN will perform assessments, monitor vital signs, manage medications with the medical team, and support discharge planning and education. Evening and overnight shifts are preferred, with weekend availability highly desired.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Nursing licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Good communication skills and guest relations abilities.
• Cooperation and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission process and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Monitor vital signs and document nursing notes.
• Coordinate with providers for weekly patient consultations.
• Support medication administration and education for safe self-administration after discharge.
• Maintain patient records in electronic system.
