Monte Nido Rain Rock in Springfield, Oregon is seeking a per diem RN/LPN to join the residential treatment team. The role involves evaluating, monitoring, planning, and delivering direct patient care in coordination with attending providers.

Per diem schedule with evening and overnight shifts, weekends highly desired, on-site work. The Nurse will participate in the Master Treatment Plan development, maintain licensure, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience, preferred.
• Valid Nursing licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital signs and documents nursing notes.
• Monitors patient progress and supports treatment planning.
• Assists providers in weekly patient consultations.
• Educates patients on safe self-administration of medications after discharge.
• Coordinates specimen collection and communicates results to the medical team.
