Monte Nido Rain Rock in Springfield, OR is seeking a per diem RN/LPN to join our residential treatment program for adults with eating disorders. The nurse will conduct admissions, assessments, and ongoing monitoring, coordinating closely with physicians and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Valid Nursing licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate admission process and complete initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Perform vital signs monitoring and document findings in nursing notes.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate with providers for weekly consultations.
• Assist with medication administration and ensure MAR accuracy.
• Support discharge planning and collaboration with medical/psychiatric teams.
