Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland is seeking per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts in our skilled nursing facility. RNs will lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in Nebraska.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making.
• Compassionate, empathetic, patient-focused.
• Ability to lead nursing staff and supervise teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Maintain confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate with physicians and specialists to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
