Job summary

Endurance Holistic Care LLC is seeking per diem RNs to provide in-home nursing care across New Jersey. You will perform initial assessments, write care plans, and meet with clients and families to review the plan of care. You will also supervise CHHAs to ensure care meets NJ standards.

This role offers per-visit pay, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities as the company expands in New Jersey. A NJ RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license is required.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience; home care, elder care or community health preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable performing independent in-home visits and documenting electronically.
• Warm, clear communicator with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home nursing assessments for new clients.
• Write individualized care plans based on each client’s needs and home environment.
• Meet with clients and their families to explain the plan of care and answer questions.
• Help match clients with the right caregiver.
• 60‑Day Supervisory Visits to review conditions and update care plans.
• Document visits on the digital platform in a timely manner.
