National Health Care Associates (National) is a growing network of more than 40 short-term rehabilitation and long-term care centers in the Northeast, with PPS as an affiliate. We have per diem shifts available now in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities.

As a Registered Nurse you'll assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support healthy outcomes for residents in our

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an RN.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
