Job summary

Jobtome is seeking a RN Per Diem II to provide direct nursing care in the SRMC PreOp/PACU unit. The role requires adherence to hospital policies, and participation in professional development. Shifts are Days, with a minimum four shifts per schedule and weekend coverage as described.

Essential qualifications include an RN license in NM, completion of an approved nursing program, and at least 1 year of related experience. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Essential: RN nursing degree and licensure in NM.
• Experience: 1 year of directly related nursing experience.
• Languages: bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients per unit policy.
• Follow hospital and department policies and procedures.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with discharge planning.
• Assist with tests, procedures and patient teaching as required.
• Support emergency responses and maintain patient safety and records.
