Job summary

People Incorporated in Taunton, MA is seeking compassionate RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment. The RN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care. This per diem role offers a pay rate of $40.00 per hour.

The position requires MA RN license, background check, valid driver’s license, and TB screening with periodic TB testing. Duties include medication administration, ADL support, and implementing behavior plans as

Qualifications

• MA state RN license required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, and distribute medications.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• May require de-escalation and crisis management to ensure safety.
