Qualificações

• New York State RN license and current registration required.
• Minimum 1 year working in a critical care setting preferred.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and oral required.
• Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead coordination and delivery of patient care with an interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Complete admission assessment within 8 hours and document care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and administer medications per policy.
• Participate in daily IDT rounds and care planning with patient/family.
• Maintain competencies and participate in ongoing professional development.
