Job summary

Community Health Systems’ Oro Valley Hospital seeks an experienced RN for a seasonal Float Pool assignment (13 or 26 weeks). The role may float to Northwest Healthcare facilities; schedule includes 3 shifts of 12 hours per week and requires 1+ year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of RN experience required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing process and patient assessments.
• Ability to document accurately and communicate with care teams.
• Awareness of infection control and patient safety standards.
• Proven ability to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and staff.
