Job summary
Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Casper, WY.
This PRN RN will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, enabling them to receive necessary care in a familiar environment. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing care plans with families and the interdisciplinary team, administering medications, and educating patients on disease management and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Wyoming
- 0 years minimum experience in home care or related setting
- Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes and assess needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and families
- Administer medications, treatments and therapies as prescribed; monitor responses
- Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans
