Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth is seeking a Per Diem RN for the Emergency Department. Availability across all shifts is required. North-East MA licensed RN with BLS & ACLS is expected, ED nursing experience preferred. This role supports high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ED environment.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborating with the care team and providing patient and family education. Emphasis on safety, learning, and flexible staffing.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license.
• Emergency Department nursing experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions; strong organizational skills.

Will consider EMS experience (Paramedic, EMT).*As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed.***Pay Range:**$37.14 - $76.08The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
