Job summary

Elemental Career Pathways seeks a Per Diem RN Educator to lead a 3 week CNA Hybrid Training Program. You’ll guide future CNAs through hands-on skills and clinical training, turning online learning into real-world confidence.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and active NYRN license.
• Experience delivering in-service education or clinical teaching.
• 1 year long-term care experience required.
• Current NYSED RN license and AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs for new nursing staff.
• Develop and deliver engaging educational sessions and clinical training.
• Maintain BLS Instructor certification and provide ongoing emergency education.
• Assess educational and competency needs related to practice and policies.
• Maintain training records in compliance with NYSDOH requirements.
• Support CNA development through modules, simulations, and hands-on training.
