Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice program is seeking experienced per diem RNs for the Boise area. This part-time, night-shift opportunity offers premium pay, flexibility, and travel/prn options across the system.

RNs must be licensed in the applicable state, with 18+ months of med-surg/tele/PCU experience, and 2+ years in specialties like ED or ICU. ACLS/PALS/BLS per specialty are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state(s) of practice.
• 18+ months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• ACLS, PALS and BLS required per specialty area.
• Credentials must be maintained per specialty requirements.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Provide nursing care following the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of practice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Demonstrate adaptability to new assignments and settings.
• Embrace diverse ideas and manage competing priorities.
