Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Brick Township, NJ to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care. A valid NY/NJ RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and 6+ months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency participation are required.

You will work with a collaborative team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supporting discharge planning and family education. We value teamwork, accountability, and continuous education, with opportunities to pursue

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Jersey.
• BSN in progress or willing to pursue within 3 years of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• 6+ months of nursing experience or participation in Nurse Residency Program.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• National certification in specialty area preferred when eligible.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care following evidence-based policies and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Communicate with patients, families, and health care teams about care plans.
• Administer medications safely using bar-scanning and documentation tools.
• Discharge planning and patient/family education to ensure continuity of care.
