National Health Care Associates' Kennebunk location is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem shifts. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer meds, and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualificações

• Valid state RN license.
• Compassionate and empathetic patient care.
• Ability to work with aged and chronically ill patients in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.
