Job summary

Masonicare ALSA Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for Per Diem/As needed coverage in a Connecticut assisted living setting. The RN oversees resident care services and collaborates with the care team to ensure high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care plan development, medication management, and staff supervision. CT RN license and relevant home health experience are required.

Qualifications

• RN License in CT is required.
• Two years of FT nursing experience (or diploma/AS degree with four years FT experience in past 10 years), with at least one year in home health or community health.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments to establish a resident care plan.
• Develop, implement and evaluate the plan of services for residents.
• Manage medications and follow physician orders.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders promptly.
• Provide education and supervision to residents and families on AL procedures.
