Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a per diem Inpatient RN to deliver compassionate nursing care in a 30-bed advanced acute care unit. You will assess patients, create care plans, administer treatments, and evaluate outcomes while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to meet physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and patient-centered care, with opportunities for professional growth and participation in ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Per diem availability includes 24 hours every four weeks with at least one weekend/holiday/alternate shift.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments and medications and evaluate responses.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives and promote evidence-based practice.
