Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a clinical setting. This role involves comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

The RN will coordinate care plans, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Demonstrates compassionate care, strong teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ability to coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed, while monitoring for adverse effects.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and promote patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Engage in evidence-based practice decisions and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
