Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and positive health outcomes. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized care plans, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and staff to coordinate care.

You will continually evaluate outcomes to adjust plans and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program (required).
• Strong assessment skills, accountability, and teamwork orientation.
• Critical care experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests following policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary staff, to coordinate care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans accordingly.
• Participate in unit decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and promote evidence-based practices.
