Job summary

Polaris-Healthcare is seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our per diem pool in the upstate New York region (Saratoga, Albany, Schenectady, Troy). This role supports flexible schedules and diverse clinical experience.

You will perform patient assessments, document thoroughly, and deliver high-quality care across a variety of settings. An active New York RN license and the ability to work independently are required; home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience preferred but not required).
