CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a registered nurse to deliver direct, safe patient care across neonate to geriatric populations in varied clinical settings. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to create, implement, and document individualized care plans, including discharge planning and patient/family education.

The role requires current RN licensure and CPR/BLS; ACLS is preferred. We value bilingual abilities and a team-oriented, safety-focused approach to patient care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with relevant clinical experience.
  • Current RN license and CPR/BLS; ACLS preferred or required.
  • Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Navajo) are a plus.
  • Ability to lift and assist patients; PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, safe nursing care to diverse patient populations in clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans.
  • Assist with tests, procedures, medication administration, and documentation.
  • Participate in orientation and precepting new staff; foster positive work environment.
  • Respond to emergencies and triage per departmental policies; maintain records.
  • Promote patient safety and encourage patient participation in care.
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; ensure hospital standards are met.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development via education and workshops.

  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and exert force as needed.
  • Ability to work in environments with exposure to biohazards, chemicals, and require PPE.
