Soliant Health is seeking a Per Diem retail Pharmacist to support multiple FQHC pharmacies in the Baltimore area. The role requires flexibility to float among clinics, providing outpatient pharmacy services in fast-paced, community-focused environments.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, counseling patients, administering vaccines, and ensuring compliance with health screenings and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience required.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with 340B program is highly preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
• Willingness to learn ScriptPro software; training provided.

Per Diem retail Pharmacist opportunity to support multiple Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) pharmacies in the Baltimore area. This role requires flexibility to float among various clinic locations within the region, providing essential outpatient pharmacy services in fast-paced, community-focused environments.

Locations include:

• Highlandtown, 3700 Fleet St., Baltimore, MD 21224


• Belair, 3120 Erdman Ave., Baltimore, MD 21213


• St. Agnes, 900 S. Caton Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229


• Rosedale, 9520 Philadelphia Road, Rosedale, MD 21237


• Yard 56, 5525 Eastern Avenue Ste. 104, Baltimore, MD 21224

Schedule:

• Per Diem, 1-2 days per week as needed


• Day shift, Monday through Saturday operation
