Per Diem - Pharmacist - Baltimore, Maryland

Nuvem Rx Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient‑centric pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations by covering or providing overlap for the current pharmacy manager. The role will be based in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Baltimore and will provide a retail pharmacy type setting with a Monday‑through‑Friday potential schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and education to patients on their medications.
• Manage staff pharmacists and technicians, if applicable, and address knowledge gaps by increasing knowledge through education and training.
• Oversee pharmacy operational management and oversight, including:
• Professional Practice
• Regulatory Requirements
• Quality Assurance
• Customer Service
• Inventory Management
• Workflow Management
• Maintain current knowledge of HIPAA and Anti‑Fraud/Fraud & Abuse credentialing.
• Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Ensure the pharmacy and its employees are compliant with local facility policies.
