Qualifikationen

• Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner license and graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Preferably one year of acute care hospital experience with arterial blood gas analysis and related procedures.
• NBRC credential: RRT if graduated after 01/01/2015, CRT if before 01/01/2015.
• CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP provider cards required on hire.

Aufgaben

• Administer prescribed respiratory therapy treatments and medications.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations including arterial blood gas analysis.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
