Qualifications

• Requires an AMA-approved two-year Respiratory Therapy program.
• Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license by start date.
• Must be NBRC-registered.
• Two to three years as a RT experience preferred.
• Completion of a two-year AMA approved program in Respiratory Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced level of care, assessment, and education in Respiratory Therapy.
• Installs, monitors, and evaluates complex life support systems that ventilate patients.
• Communicates therapy goals to patients and families and collaborates with health care professionals.
