Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services.
• Registered by NBRC.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory therapy treatments and understands the side effects.
• Performs EKGs and files reports according to department procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of techniques and treatment modalities.
• Follows medication rights to reduce errors.
• Formulates and evaluates teaching plans for patients.

Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy

Current California State Respiratory Therapist Licensure

Current BLS certification
