A leading organization in Jersey City is seeking a Per Diem Residential Youth Advocate to support youth aged 15-17 in a psychiatric community home. The role involves supervision, mentoring, and ensuring a safe environment for residents, while also meeting documentation and reporting standards. We are currently seeking aPer Diem –Residential Youth Advocate for our Providence Place program located in Jersey City, NJ.(Will work 19 hours or less a week – hours/schedule will vary each week dependent on needs of the program.)
Providence Place is a psychiatric community home for females, aged 15-17, referred from the State Children’s System of Care.

Valid NJ driver's license Required plus one of the following
Preferred qualifications: Experience in a residential setting working with adolescents and young adults with psychiatric diagnosis. Experience working with the Children's System of Care and demonstrated ability to work as part of a larger treatment team.
