Job summary

Position is part-time/per diem in Springfield, VT, with pay range $20–$23.25 per hour and included shift and weekend differentials plus holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in psychology, social work, or human services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with mental health or substance use challenges to develop independent living and emotional regulation skills.
• Build meaningful connections and collaborative relationships with clients and staff.
• Adapt activities to residents’ interests and strengths where possible.
