Job summary

Canterbury Woods in Buffalo, NY is seeking a resident service assistant (RSA) for per diem shifts at Gates Circle. You will assist residents with dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily activities while maintaining care records and reporting changes.

Qualifications

• Must have proven work experience and certificate as a home health aide (HHA) / PCA / or CNA.
• Must have verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with transfers and wheelchair transport as needed.
• Assist residents with laundering of clothing and light housekeeping.
• Maintain resident care records and document services provided.
• Monitor residents and report on their condition.
• Provide a high level of customer service and person-centered care approach.
