Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English.
• Two years of experience working in skilled nursing facility and/or assisted living.
• State and National Certification of Activities Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and reviewing the daily and weekly activity calendar.
• Assessing attendance and outcomes documented in the progress notes.
• Communicates regularly with Occupational Therapist or Rehabilitation Services Manager.

Skills
