As western Massachusetts's premier healthcare provider and home to Baystate Medical Center, a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting professional nursing practice.
Our PANU team provides specialized pre-operative and post-anesthesia care for adult and pediatric surgical patients undergoing a wide range of procedures. Nurses work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, perioperative staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality care throughout the surgical experience.
This per diem opportunity offers experienced nurses the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment supporting the region's only Level I Trauma Center while maintaining scheduling flexibility. You'll collaborate with a highly skilled team dedicated to clinical excellence, patient safety, and outstanding patient outcomes.
