Job summary

Trinity Health in Ann Arbor is seeking experienced RN for FirstChoice mobile staffing, offering premium pay and flexible assignments across Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Oakland and Livonia.

You will float between sites, with $51/hr base, extra $5/hr nights and $3/hr weekends; requires Michigan RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM, NIHSS, and at least 2 years in L&D; travel and per diem opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the State of Michigan.
• Current American Heart Association BLS.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS.
• NRP Certification.
• EFM Certification.
• NIHSS Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of current experience in L&D.

Responsibilities

• Float between Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Trinity Health Oakland and Trinity Health Livonia.
• Earn $51/hr, with +$5/hr for nights and +$3/hr for weekends.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement outcomes.

What you will do:

• Both day and night shift PRN available. Need to float between Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Trinity Health Oakland and Trinity Health Livonia $51/hr +$5/hr for nights and +$3/hr for weekends Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
• Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes
• Exhibits agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities
• Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities

Minimum Qualifications:
