Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking experienced FirstChoice travel RNs for night shifts in a 13-week assignment with premium pay. The role supports float staffing across units and regions within the hospital network, offering travel and per diem opportunities.

You must hold Michigan RN license, BLS, ACLS/NRP, EFM, NIHSS, and have minimum 2 years of L&D experience. Expect autonomy, collaboration, and ongoing professional development within a mission-driven system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Michigan.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ACLS and NRP certifications.
• EFM certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in L&D.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Apply standard professional practice: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Embrace new duties and adapt to prioritization and change.
