Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice seeks an experienced RN for mobile staffing assignments in the Ann Arbor region. This role offers day/night PRN coverage, travel across Trinity Health facilities, and premium compensation. Start date ASAP with 36 hours per week.

The position requires MI RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, NRP, EFM, NIHSS, and at least 2 years in Labor & Delivery. Both weekdays and weekends may include shifts with differential pay.

Qualifications

• Current RN License to practice in Michigan.
• Current American Heart Association BLS.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS.
• NRP Certification.
• EFM Certification.
• NIHSS Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of current experience in L&D.

Responsibilities

• Cover day and night shifts on a PRN basis at Trinity Health Ann Arbor and affiliated facilities.
• Float between Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Oakland and Livonia locations as needed.
• Earn premium pay with base $51/hr, plus $5/hr for nights and $3/hr for weekends.
• Demonstrate professional practice: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.

What you will do:

• Both day and night shift PRN available.
• Need to float between Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Trinity Health Oakland and Trinity Health Livonia
• $51/hr +$5/hr for nights and +$3/hr for weekends
• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
• Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes
• Exhibits agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities
• Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities
