Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for FirstChoice staffing to provide bedside care across multiple Southeast Michigan hospitals. This role offers night shifts, premium pay, and flexible scheduling within a mobile staffing program.

As an RN with at least 18 months in Med Surg/Tele/PCU (2+ years for other specialties), you will float between locations, meet credential requirements, and support high-quality care across the system. Nationwide opportunities may apply.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current RN licensure in applicable states.
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS/TNCC/PALS); BLS required via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations or regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within licensure and scope of practice.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.

• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.

• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.

• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area ( ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc ). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
