Domnovate Healthcare in the Boston area is inviting Registered Nurses for ongoing per diem opportunities with Our Client. This is not a guaranteed shift; discussions will tailor to experience, location and schedule.

Typically assignments involve pediatric intensive care with exact unit and life-support requirements reviewed per opportunity. Expect shifts based on client needs, with clear expectations on documentation, teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts registered nurse license and qualifications appropriate to the selected clinical specialty.
• Pediatric intensive-care experience and exact life-support requirements will be confirmed before acceptance.
• Ability to function effectively within a clinical team and maintain documentation standards.

This is an ongoing invitation to connect, rather than a guaranteed shift or a specific immediate vacancy. The contribution you can make

Assess patient needs, deliver and evaluate nursing care, administer medications and treatments as authorized, document care, and coordinate with the clinical team. The current source need is pediatric intensive care. Pediatric critical-care experience, the exact unit and required certifications will be reviewed for each opportunity. Exact duties, care setting and supervision will be reviewed for each opportunity and must remain within your training and authorized scope. Respect each person’s dignity, privacy and safety, follow infection prevention practices, communicate clearly and document care accurately.

Pay and benefits

Regular-hour W-2 pay is $38.65–$56.95 per hour, depending on the specific shift, work setting, experience, qualifications and other job-related factors. Higher rates apply only to qualifying shifts. The exact rate and any overtime or other applicable compensation will be confirmed before you accept a shift. No traveler stipend is included.

Paid sick leave and other statutory benefits are provided as required by law. Any additional employer-of-record benefit eligibility and plan terms will be disclosed for a specific assignment before acceptance. Applying does not guarantee work or hours.

Employment arrangement: Contract and per diem placements recruited through Domnovate Healthcare are W-2 employment through our employer of record. Our Client is the assignment site.
