- Performs comprehensive patient assessments and histories.
- Initiates effective interventions and documents patient responses.
- Collaborates with patient, family, and health team in care planning.
- Maintains complete, legible patient records on approved forms.
- Identifies and responds to changes in patient condition promptly.
- Participates in department performance improvement activities.
