We’re seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing team on a per diem basis. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to directly impact the quality of care our clients receive.

What You'll Do

• Perform initial client assessments, develop individualized non-medical Plans of Care, and oversee caregiver tasks.
• Conduct annual in-home reassessments, with additional assessments when client conditions change or following interruptions in service.
• Assist with caregiver competency evaluation and participate in in-service training oversight in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Ensure accurate documentation consistent with Florida regulatory standards.
• Foster and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Support the Administrator in coordinating additional caregiver training based on care plan needs.
• Maintain active Florida RN licensure and comply with all required continuing education.

Qualifications We're Seeking

• Active, valid Florida RN license in good standing.
• Experience in providing non-medical nursing assessments and supervisory services in a patient's home environment, inclusive of an assisted-living facility.
• Ability to coordinate and organize multiple tasks.
• Experience in caregiver training, supervision, and evaluation
• Proactive, independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with the Administrator/Owner.
• Familiarity with computers and homecare software tools preferred.
