Job summary

Monte Nido offers a per diem Registered Dietitian floater across multiple SoCal sites, including Calabasas, Malibu Lake, and Los Angeles areas. The role supports adolescents and adults in residential programs, focusing on nutrition care and clinical collaboration.

You will oversee meals, conduct nutrition assessments, and help develop the Master Treatment Plan within a multidisciplinary team. The position emphasizes HAES-informed care, education, and a strong commitment to recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• At least one year healthcare experience; psychiatric setting preferred.
• Registered Dietitian credential.
• CPR/BLS before starting.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Passion for helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meals on campus with proper documentation.
• Ensure nutrition services meet standards and regulations.
• Conduct nutrition assessments and monitor intake.
• Participate in Master Treatment Plan development.
