Job summary

Monte Nido Calabasas is seeking a per diem Registered Dietitian to join our team across multiple SoCal sites. The role supports adolescents and adults in residential and day treatment settings, focusing on HAES-aligned nutrition care and collaborative care with the treatment team.

The position offers per diem daytime hours and a pay rate of $35.33–$49.51 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff as part of the Monte Nido network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• RD credential is required.
• CPR/BLS certification before starting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with treatment teams.
• Minimum one year healthcare or internship experience, psychiatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, and proper documentation.
• Ensure all nutritional services meet established standards and regulations.
• Conduct nutrition assessments of clients, and monitor nutrition intake.
• Participate in the treatment team’s development of the Master Treatment Plan.
