Job summary

Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, a proud partner of Chord Specialty Dental Partners, seeks a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to support pediatric care with compassionate, family‑oriented service. The RDA will prepare treatment rooms, pass instruments, and assist in procedures while adhering to the dental practice act.

Teamwork, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining licensure are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold TN RDA license in good standing.
• CPR Healthcare Provider Certification.
• Radiology Certification.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work in a pediatric, child friendly environment
• Review all hygiene patient charts including; reason and necessity of visit, medical history, and x-ray requirement
• Verify patient information with parent or guardian, according to HIPAA privacy standards
• Obtaining all x-rays necessary in the best quality possible
• Must maintain Dental Assisting License in good standing and complete the CE Credits required by state
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Job Summary
